Evelyn and her team are excellent caregivers - they are nurturing, present, easy to communicate with and full of energy. We feel so lucky to have found them - our son eats and sleeps well there, and is learning so much.

Some specific things we like: Evelyn is flexible. She plans appropriate themed treats for the kids. She celebrates major milestones like birthdays or kindergarten (when some of the older kids went to kindergarten, she created a memory book for them). She has a great outdoor space. She teaches the kids to clean up. She speaks fluent English and Spanish. She regularly updates her Facebook page. Her place is so clean and organized. She truly loves children and is we are so grateful to have found a place we trust and value.

My daughter Ruthie went to Best Friend's Daycare for approximately 2 years.

This is a warm, family-centered, fun, and educational daycare. This daycare goes above & beyond; there are daily activities, many outings, birthday and holiday celebrations, weekly crafts, early education activities, music, dancing, pretend play, etc. Evelyn has a gift with children, is incredible at fostering relationships between the children, and is an overall pleasant and loving woman. She is educated and current on best practices in early child development and education. José has a great sense of humor and knows how to get children excited about learning. Business-wise, they are fair and communicative. Evelyn checks in often with the parents in a personalized and caring way. I definitely recommend Best Friend's Daycare.

Choosing a daycare is a hard decision to make and Evelyn at Best Friends Daycare made the decision easier by showing us how involved and caring she and her staff are with each child. Best Friends met all of the criteria that we were looking for when we were looking for care for our 3-month old: licensed, shared philosophies regarding eating and sleeping, stimulating curriculum- reading, physical activities, sensory activities, singing, and other developmentally appropriate activities, and most importantly a caring staff. Evelyn and her staff work with each parent to provide individualized care for each child, which was a huge relief when my then 3-month old started attending. My infant is always included in the activities even if she can't actively participate she is involved. I'm always amazed at how much Best Friends Daycare does for all the kids and how much they genuinely care for each child. I'm really happy that we found Best Friends Daycare and recommend scheduling a visit if you're looking for child care.
